Our flight was 45 minutes late. Our driver allowed for that and send us a text to let us know he was there and to inform him of when we had our luggage picked up. He then I found us and we were on our way.

The driver was more than an hour late and could not find us in the airport for at least another hour so 2 hours late. He did no explanation and ignored my friend needing to walk slow due to recent surgery
