we will stop in Pompeii to visit that on 24 and 25 August 79 AD, two months after the death of the emperor Vespasian, a catastrophic eruption of Vesuvius struck suddenly and unexpectedly on the cities of Stabia, Herculaneum and Pompeii, a few kilometers from Naples, burying them under a blanket of lava magma, fiery lapilli and ash.
after visiting the archaeological excavations we will continue our journey to your destination Naples and we will see Vesuvius up close

I booked round trip transfers from Naples airport to Sorrento for 8 passengers. Excellent experience. Transport was amazing, spacious and very clean. So much easier that trains or planes!!! Private driver picked us up in Sorrento as we checked out, we stopped in Pompeii for a couple hours, and the. Moved on to Naples. So easy and relaxing! No luggage hassles. We got a tour guide to make the most of our two hours in Pompeii. It was a great day!!
