FINDING YOUR DRIVER In front of the Terminal's EXIT, your driver/representative will be waiting holding a sign with your name on it. Identify yourself by showing your voucher to the Supplier, for whom we act as a booking agent. DIFFICULTY IN LOCATING YOUR DRIVER Contact your supplier for assistance. Do not leave without having contacted your supplier first. In the event of delays over 20 minutes on arrival you must call the supplier. There are 20 minutes wait time included from your landing/disembarkation time.

Absolutely awful experience. Driver was 25 minutes late with no communication at all. We called and texted multiple times, a number the company provided and no response. In a panic booked an Uber, shortly afterwards the driver arrived. Lame excuse about traffic, the port was filled with other transport companies there on time? We were Unable to cancel the Uber as they were coming from the city, so had to pay. Company rep said there was nothing they could do about it. The next day company had a change of heart and offered complimentary transport from our hotel on the grand canal to the airport. Great, I assumed we would simply take a water taxi directly to the airport. But no, they again tried to cut corners and mitigate their mistake by offering a land transfer to another meeting point and then a water taxi. Very inconvenient as a direct transfer is easily available. We suggested as much to the company but once again they opted for the cheaper option. We declined and booked our own direct transfer. Would NEVER recommend this company…Beware!

Our driver met us at the port of Fusina right on time! He was thoughtful and carefully loaded our many, many bags into the van for us six passengers. Once we got to the water taxi dock, he and others were quick to load the bags onboard. Wow. Our travel to our hotel was delightful as we navigated the canals of Venice. The whole trip from ship to hotel took only about 30 minutes. Definitely recommend this safe, complete and efficient service!

Our van driver picked us up on time and was very helpful and friendly on our way to the water taxi dock. The water taxi driver was also very friendly and professional and helped us with our bags. It was a great experience!

Our driver arrived on time in a rainstorm. He got into the water tax, helped with our bags and gave me his umbrella. We got on the water taxi and had a lovely ride to the train station where he dropped us off and helped us with our bags. Five stars!!

Great service from Fusina terminal to Piazzale Roma. Driver was standing right outside the terminal holding a sign with my last name. At Piazzale Roma, he showed us where to get either a public or private water taxi. Couldn’t have been easier.
