Our transfer was from the cruise ship terminal to our hotel. We were late disembarking the ship, so I contacted the company to inform them and the driver waited on us. Our driver was punctual and professional with a great attitude and excellent customer service. He handled all our luggage.

We were picked up at our hotel very promptly. It was lunch rush hour but our driver maneuvered the traffic well and got us to the cruise terminal in plenty of time an in comfort.

The driver dropping us off at the wrong airport and 10 of us almost missing our flight. Inspite of having the correct address on the pick up & drop-6firm, the driver took us to the wrong address. Your driver's should be able to speak a little bit of English to communicate with only English speaking clients.

Fortunately, you contacted us, and we were able to rectify the situation by picking you up again and taking you to the correct airport.
