Authentic Greek cooking masterclass at Odyssey. Katerina and Dora and all their staff were so welcoming and generous teaching us how to cook so many traditional Greek dishes, truly a wonderful experience! We were taught so many delicious dishes using fresh vegetables, filo pastry and Greek cheeses, cooked squid, octopus and other fish along with chicken and lamb. All flavoured with fresh herbs and plenty of their own olive oil. Then we got to taste everything we cooked with a glass of wine! The warmth and fun filled atmosphere was great. The additional guided excursions to Poros town, the island of Hydra and a visit to the Odyssey farm were also excellent. Accommodation on site was perfect, would certainly recommend and would love to come back. Thank you for such a memorable week!💕🇬🇷
