Pick up from your hotel in Riga and drive to Bauska town.
Visiting the Bauska Castle, which is surrounded by a picturesque scenery and represents an example of military architecture (XV - XVII century). The castle consists of two parts: the fortress built especially for the use of firearms and residential castle fortified with bastions, protective walls and earthen ramparts.
Stop at Rundale palace, one of the most outstanding monuments of Baroque and Rococo architecture in Latvia, which sometimes is called as 'The Versailles of Latvia'.
Last but least is an unique ensemble of Lithuanian folk art - The Hill of Crosses. The monument with more than 200 000 various size and materials crosses standing on Jurgaiciai - Domantai mound. During your visit at The Hill of Crosses you will learn more about the legendary stories why the Hill appeared.

Very good tour and a good way of travelling from Riga to Vilnius. Bauska Castle was interesting. Rundale Palace was amazing and the Hill of crosses was unbelievable. We had a good guide Darus.

Excellent and knowledgeable guide. Combines a city Riga to Vilnius transfer with 3 stop off sites and local lunch.
This was a fantastic tour that was exactly what we were looking for.....transportation from Riga to Vilnius, but still get to see the cool sites in the middle. The guide picked us up right on time in the Riga hotel and was able to provide lots of Latvian history even know the company is Lithuanian based. We had plenty of time to explore all three sites, and guide was helpful at each. I would definitely recommend this tour if you need one way transportation between the cities, it was a great choice.
