A memorable and interesting, cultural tour de force of Hanoi. Pleasant and knowledgable guide led us through most important sights as well as delicious lunch and a water puppet show in the end.
The water puppet show was a wonderful experience and a fine break from all the temple visiting common to any trip to Vietnam.
Rickshaw is a wonderful attraction for going around the city of Hanoi. We hired one for 2 hours at 200,000 vnd per hour (negotiable). Mr. Tran Vinh was the driver and guide. His number is 0906 089 524 and he was very knowledgeable.
The tour hit all the top spots and Tui was a great guide. Fun day and totally worth it. The only issue is to check the day of the week and tiem of day you do the tour as many of the mudeums and exhibitiosn are closed at varius times and that is not immediately obvious on the Trip Advisor website
Very interesting and so well done. The puppets are well presented. As it is all in Vietnamese I could only guess it was a show about Vietnams history. Great value for money. Different seats available for sale. I dont think it would affect the show at all where you sat.
Timmy is a nice, friendy and gentleman. He is knowledgeable so can learn a lot. Can speak English well so there's no isssue in communicating. He did extra mile for us as he accompany and recommend best resto/places to eat like the street food crab spring roll and beef noodle. He walk with us all the way back to our hotel and see a lot of shops where we can buy. We tried a good cup of coffee to chill after a walk. Thanks Timmy! Keep it up and more power!
