We really enjoyed our temple tour. Our guide Sonny was very informative and answered all our questions. He’s knowledge was great and it’s was good that he explained so much to us while exploring each temple. Thank you for an amazing experience.
Thanks very much for traveling with us and it was indeed a great pleasure to have you with us, we look forward to serve you always in Thailand, Regards
We were rushed, spent most of our time trying to keep up with the tour guide-Mind. We were scheduled to be picked up from our hotel lobby at at 1:00 pm for a four hour excursion . We received a message that morning indicating that we would be picked up 1:20-1:30 pm. We left our hotel around 1:20 with the driver. We drove to another hotel where we picked up our tour guide Mind, and two other guests. Mind had 2 excursions at once…was to take us to two temples, then get the other to guests to the Great Palace before they closed at 3:30. She rushed us along the entire tour. We spent most of our time trying to keep up with her as she rushed along trying to finish in time. As a result of poor planning by the guide, (especially considering the traffic in Bangkok), this was the worst experience we’ve done through Viator.
Good afternoon we are sorry to know about any rush as Palace have a closing time, Yes if you join a join tours, we do have another guest to join our Tours, however rush is not the answer, we also picked you up at correct time as mention in our plan. If you really wish to have all of your time I will highly recommend to take a private tours. We are thankful that you join our tours and we are really sorry that you expected a full private tours just for you. Also traffic of Bangkok we can not do anything, However rushing should not be answer and we will adjust a timing of afternoon tours immediately in case we have faced such issues. regards Amit
