Great tour, however we didn’t get to snorkel due to weather. Open bar on boat was nice and good lunch
An enjoyable experience. The crew was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this!
What a great boat trip, snorkeling and lovely food. Also the beach was amazing. The staff were so friendly and also made sure we were ok. I highly recommend this trip.
Feedback about our tour on December 4th My family and I (pregnant, traveling with my husband and our 7-year-old daughter) had a great time on the tour, which lasted from 9:00 AM to 5:45 PM. • The van driver was very polite, but he drove quite aggressively, which didn’t make us feel very safe. I believe this may have happened because he was running about 20 minutes late. • Our guide on the boat, Fábio, was incredibly attentive, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great experience. His portunhol was excellent and made communication very easy and enjoyable. • The boat crew was also extremely kind, polite, and lively. • We really enjoyed the buffet, although we felt the time to eat and enjoy the location was a bit too short. A reminder for future guests: don’t forget to bring tips, as they are requested everywhere. There was also a photographer on the boat who took excellent photos, and we purchased the digital copies. However, we still haven’t received them by email, even though he promised to send everything by 7:00 pm on the same day. At this moment, we are still waiting for the photos. Overall, the experience was very fun, and we felt safe during the boat tour. We truly enjoyed it. Thank You!
Meh experience staff was nice food and beach club was a massive disappointment. Would not book again with this company….
The whole experience is very good, the only uncomfortable thing was the mandatory tipping, we know it is something that is done, but the Pancho guide was too insistent to tip him at the time he wanted, even forcing us to go for the wallet in an unkind way. To another tourist made disparaging comments about the value of the tip, although there are some amounts that are considered consistent, it becomes very uncomfortable that type of comments, if the tour does not cover the salaries of the guides, raise the price, but do not damage the experience with such an aggressive insistence asking for extra money.
Very good, incredible staff, very helpful and always with care if we were well or if we needed something. I recommend to everyone, if you want to go to Isla Mujeres, go through them.
Boat size was very small in comparison to the amount of people on it, was very crammed and uncomfortable, however safety was paramount throughout. Staff were attentive and helpful throughout although a lot of time wasted waiting on people to buy photos.
The trip was safe for a solo traveler. There is no publuc bus to the meet up location, so keep this in mind if you decline the pickup option. English was offered but information not seemed much shorter than that given in Spanish. 1. 2 out of 5 stars for this. Snorkeling is a brief experience offered, not at all a primary event. They provide a mask and tube, but no flippers. Use of a guide rope was available but possibly due to rough seas. Without flippers it was tough to maneuver in the current. 2 out of 5 stars. 2. Lunch was fine. Something for picky people, some local flavors, fish, meat, veggies... 3. Drop for swimming off a public beach was OK 4. Shop stops prearranged for trying tequila and then shopping for silver lol! The fee tacked on for access to the "reef" goes to ocean care vis govt so hopefully a good thing... but if you aren't Snorkeling it's just amity add on. Save money, take the regular ferry to the island, walk north of ferry dock 100m to public beach
That the route back takes 1.5 hours longer than it should and you only have 1.5 hours on the island but the sunset was brilliant
