Settle in and admire the iconic Heath Nash chandelier - made from 334 recycled Spier wine bottles and weighing 370kgs - which hangs above the tasting counter. You can enjoy a set wine tasting with or without a food pairing, or order whatever you like with an olive, cheese or cured meat board.

The driver was really nice and patient but the Air condition in the car was faulty and for a long drive, i believe the company was supposed to check this prior to picking me up.

We called your guide during the trip and he confirmed with us that the AC worked fine after you had requested for it to be on, we also have used this vehicle on multiple trips and have had no complaints of the AC. We feel this is an unfair review of your experience and reflection of Michel’s service especially as you requested this booking only 30mins before the start time and we were still able to accommodate you as well as some special requests you had. We kindly ask that you re-evaluate the rating as this affects our booking rate. If you have any other concerns please contact us and we would be happy to discuss the matter with you. We’re not asking for a 5 start review however we do feel that the current rating is not fair after going the extra mile to make your tour happen instead of cancelling your last minute requests. Our guide was excellent and the wineries were wonderful. We were able to obtain a good sampling of the SA wines.
Our driver was late on arrival so we lost 1.5 hours of our tour. Our tour guide did not give us much information of the vineyards, so the experience felt that we paid for a taxi service versus an actual vineyard tour.
Same experience. Booked, paid, confirmed - but never a driver came. Neither via mail nor via telephone was it possible to contact
The driver came more than one hour too late, after messaging with him where he always wrote "I am at your place at 10 minutes" which was not true, after more than one hour delay, we booked a private driver with uber. I hope I will get my money back, this is really a no go and not very professional.

The trip was fantastic! Michel was a professional and friendly driver, and allowed for some flexibility for us if we wanted to spend a bit more time at one place. All of the wineries we visited were beautiful and memorable experiences.
