Raúl's tours show the passion he has for wine, he makes you feel in the shoes of the winemakers, takes you to know them first-hand and offers exclusivity and privacy. We will visit the corners of the city of Toledo, its narrow streets of the Jewish Quarter, the commercial area, craft shops and we will have time to do some shopping, the famous Primate Cathedral, headquarters of the Vatican in Spain. We cannot miss the mills of La Mancha, your guide will carefully explain how this engineering marvel works. Lunch will be in a traditional Manchego restaurant with a tasting of the most characteristic dishes of La Mancha, including the world famous Manchego cheese D.O.P. and Saffron. We will visit a very traditional style winery where wines are made in a very artisanal way, just as it has been done in La Mancha for hundreds of years.

Toletum was called by the Romans, the Imperial Capital of Spain. Probably the most impressive cathedral in the world, Synagogues and its romantic Jewish quarter. We visited the Jewish quarter. Synagogue Santa Maria la Blanca. Primate Cathedral Saint Martin's Bridge Valley viewpoint. Damascene workshop. Ceramic workshop. Toledo, city of three cultures, a city where Christians, Jews and Muslims lived in peace for centuries. We follow in the footsteps of Don Quixote de la Mancha through this tour of La Mancha.
The Manchego landscape dominated by those hills guarded by centenary mills, were crucial for agriculture and the survival of the region. These mills could be operational and can be visited, we will have the opportunity to visit inside. After the visit, you will have time to take some photos or take a walk around the mill.
Lunch will be served in this typical La Mancha restaurant. Old pottery converted into a restaurant. Manchego authentic food Menu example: Manchego cheese, Manchego crumbs, ratatouille, pork tenderloin with saffron, fried ledche, wine and water. family atmosphere
Family winery of traditional elaboration. We will visit its facilities and taste the wines.

This tour was be of the best we’ve done!. Raul offered special touches throughout the tour including a coffee break at a spectacular overlook of Toledo. The wine and cheese tastings and farm house lunch were exceptional! We would highly recommended this tour with Raul!
Yanny was great! He was extremely warm and welcoming. His knowledge of history is unmatched and it made the city come alive as he was telling us the origins of Toledo. We got to meet some awesome craftsman and see some unique parts of Toledo. Wine was good too! Had the only Rose made with Tempranillo which was fantastic. Restaurant was great and really fed my soul with the comforting homestyle food we received. Overall, recommend trying it out if it’s in your budget!

Not only did we visit the sights of Toledo, Windmills, and winery, but Raul's knowledge and passion for the history and culture created a fun learning adventure not to be missed. Raul's passion for the local culture and history did not disappoint as we were introduced to local artisans, a unique artisanal winery, and an extraordinary spanish lunch prepared by locals. My partner and I loved this tour with Raul. Easily one of the best tours I have ever taken, if not THE best. The combination of Windmills, Toledo and wine was a perfect balance. We had just enough time at each spot and the lunch is the best food I have had since arriving in Madrid. Simple, but delicious. While we chose the tour for the combination of sites, Raul made the trip more than just a tranport between destinations. He was personable, well educated on the destinations and tells the best stories. He brought life to each place we visited. Would 100% do this tour or any with Raul again!
Wow what an amazing and unforgettable day. We were so lucky to have Enrique as our tour guide for the day. We have done many tours and he was the absolute perfect guide. He shared so much valuable information with us into the history of the places we visited. He helped carry our bags for us and made sure to take advantage of the best photo opportunities. He was not overbearing and also gave us time to look around in shops. We never felt rushed. It was also great having him join us on our authentic lunch where he could share the history into the food we were eating. When we return we would 100% want to book with this company and request Enrique as our guide. Seeing so much in one day was such an adventure, these were memories that will last a lifetime!

Things that made this tour enjoyable: Yanny, our knowledge, entertaining guide. He answered questions on a wide range of topics from history to art, to intricacies of windmills and complexity of wines. We felt we were the guests of a well-connected local. He brought us not only to the most popular sights but to shops of local artisans where we have the no-pressure option of purchasing locally made pottery, jewelry and marzipan. A small group and a comfortable, dedicated vehicle such that we were able to leave our backpack and umbrella in the van when we didn’t need them.
