never again

Tour cancelled with a few hours notice, pending refund. I understand that the tour operator reserves the right to cancel it if a minimum number is not reached, but this verification should not be done so late.

Operator response

Dear costumer, Thank you for your message and for sharing your feedback with us. We completely understand your frustration, and we are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by the last-minute cancellation. While we do require a minimum of four participants to operate the experience, we usually receive many reservations at the very last minute. In most cases, this allows us to reach the minimum number shortly before the tour date. Unfortunately, on some occasions this does not happen, and we are then forced to cancel the experience at short notice. We understand how disappointing this can be, especially when plans have already been made, and we sincerely apologize for this situation. We would genuinely love to have the opportunity to welcome you on one of our tours in the future and provide you with the experience you were expecting. Thank you again for your understanding, and we hope to see you soon. Kind regards, The Crafted Team

Amazing Day trip from Madrid

Amazing experience from start to finish! Andres and Pablo were extremely knowledgeable and very personable. They made the day trip to Toledo super easy...we learned so much! They also made my kids (ages 7 and 9) feel special, and tied the windmills to Toledo and Cervantes for my son who had read and loved Don Quixote. I do wish we had a little time to shop a little, but we also took our time with lunch, so we recommend eating fast if you want to shop. Highly recommend this experience. They also had us back in Madrid at a reasonable time. This was one of my kids' favorite days in Spain.
