We had the best time!!! We learned so much and Kate and Mikey were so so so fun, kind, and helpful. I highly recommend!!!
Fantastic experience. Very memorable! I recommend it for families.
It was a super great experience to first learn about the fish market Tsukiji and the surroundings and then make sushi with a real sushi chef and expert like Kanako. Also todays host Coco was guiding us smooth and caring through the course with great talking skills and humour. Exceptional experience all through! Best regards and arigato, Reena, Sina and Lukas
Excellent experience. All products fresh . The instructions was very clear (English and Japanese) . Amazing! I recommend 100% .
I enjoyed having Miki, a knowledgeable and friendly local, guide us through the busy Tsukiji Market! She had great recommendations and insight. Miky and Kate’s sushi lesson was perfect! Somehow I was able to make a delicious meal at the end too!
Really fun experience! Got to try a number of dishes and buy some spices at the Tsukiji outer market. Sushi class was led by Miky and Kate was fun and delicious. Highly recommend both experiences!
Perfect, highly recommended.
Great tour and class! We all really enjoyed this experience in Tokyo with friendly guides and chef.
I really enjoyed the sushi-making class because it was fun and hands-on. The instructions were clear, and I learned how to roll sushi properly. The ingredients were fresh, which made the sushi taste really good.
According to the tour description, there should have been a guided tour of the fish market with in-depth insights about it. With the statement that fresh ingredients sourced from the market would be used, I was led to expect that, in addition to information about the fish vendors and their goods, we would also shop for the ingredients for the subsequent sushi together there. However, there was a walk through the entire market as well as the surrounding cultural sites. The guide did this very kindly and well, but it was not actually our goal. The subsequent workshop with Kate was great and educational, and the food was delicious. Overall, it was a nice tour, but the first part was unnecessary for us.
We are genuinely appreciative of your thoughtful and comprehensive feedback. It is truly delightful to learn that the hands-on culinary session with Kate was such an outstanding and educational experience, and that the resulting dishes were so delectable. We are especially pleased that this segment of your visit proved to be so rewarding and memorable. However, we also recognize your observations regarding the market exploration. We understand that your aim was for a more specialized culinary sourcing immersion directly from the marketplace, and we are sorry if this aspect felt less purposeful for you. Your detailed insights are incredibly valuable to us, and they will certainly assist our ongoing efforts to elevate and refine the informational content and structure of our journeys to better meet diverse guest aspirations. We will certainly convey your high praise directly to Kate. We are truly grateful for you sharing your impressions with us. We eagerly anticipate the opportunity to welcome you back to Japan for future captivating experiences.
