We arrived at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to the meeting time. We stayed 30 minutes after the tour start time. The tour operator was a no-show. We tried to contact the tour company via phone and message through Viator app. We reached out to Viator and Viator also tried to contact the tour company. There was no communication then and still no response more than 24 hours later. Really disappointing to waste our vacation time on a no-show and now am in a position to have to chase a refund. I definitely do not recommend this tour company :(
Great, informative guide who was excellent with translations and loads of information. Lots of tasting opportunities and free samples. Some excellent Knife stores amongst the food vendors, high quality and lower. Yes, you could wander around yourself but the guide made it that much better.
This was very nice visit at the Tsukiji Fish Market. Sushi at the booth suggested by guide was amazing. We also visited park located near to the market. It was very nice and quiet place.
Haru was so sweet and informative! He even waited in line for us for the best sushi in the market while we explored.
Haru did a great job accommodating mg multigenerational family! He was early and pivoted graciously when we got lost due to our new need for accessibility exits on the subway. We poked around while he waited in line for us for a very popular tuna establishment. This is a great quick tour during mealtime!
Toko was a fantastic tour guide. We walked through both the outside of the market and also the inside of the fish market. She recommended great local specialties and also food is the best of the items we wanted to try. Her English is great and she was helpful in translating when talking to the vendors. Finally, she walked us to the train station at the end of our trip so that we boarded at the right station. 10/10!
We’re so happy you had such a great time with Toko! She really enjoys helping guests find the best local foods and making sure everything goes smoothly. Thanks a lot for the 10/10 — she’ll love hearing that!
With Haru we had a super nice guide who gave us great recommendations and lots of background information about the fish market.

Haruto was a great guide who showed us the best bites at the market, and some cultural sites as well. We enjoyed our early morning tour.
