Tokyo: Shibuya Ramen Cooking Class – Make & Taste 3 Styles

The lyrics of the rap music playing during class was inappropriate. We were not given recipes for the broth, as promised. The food was tasty, we were able to make the noodles, but the broth and chicken was cooked for us. (We did caramelize the chicken with a torch) They seem to be more interested in us doing a review before leaving with the promise of a key chain.

This was such a wonderful experience for my daughter and I. We made fresh noodles and boiled them and learned how to make three different types of broth. Best of all we got to eat our ramen with unlimited toppings! We also use a blow torch to torch our chicken- very fun!

Had the best time making ramen with my daughters! Sayaka was an amazing instructor—so patient, knowledgeable, and fun. I would highly recommend this class to anyone visiting Tokyo!

My daughter (12) and I had the best cooking experience ever. This activity was good for solo or family. Yuka was so polite and friendly. Making handmade noodles was our favorite part of the experience. Would highly recommend this activity.
