He also did not know the timetable of the Imperial Palace and when we arrived at h9.45 the ticket office was closed it was. I have booked Tokyo Self-Guided Audio Tour , while booking it is very confusing without any proper details about transport. I have been kicked back and forth between Viator and local Operator . This is absolutely useless and kind of cheating the customers. Very disappointed with Viator
