Was not waiting for us upon arrival. Did not take the most direct or fastest route. Was very distracted and driving was erratic. Also asked for additional 3000yn at the end of trip.
We sincerely apologize for the unpleasant experience. The airport was crowded, so you may not see our driver right away. We will have our drivers to wait in more visible areas in the future. Your feedback means a lot to us, so we checked the whole trip with the driver. She did take highways, and she has the ETC payment records. It may be that highways are not available in certain sections, which could have caused the misunderstanding. This 3,000 yen is the agreed fee for our meet&greet service, so the driver charged you accordingly. We truly regret leaving you with a negative impression. Super convenient for large groups, we had 6 people and 13 bags/suitcases and 5 rollys, still had space, well worth the hassle free commute, driver was on time and helpful!👍🏻🤙🏻
