Book this tour! This is the one you’re looking for!

Fabulous experience in Tokyo! This was a truly fully customizable Tour, catered just for me. I felt like a queen for the day! Mao was very flexible on the go & we were able to add to the tour as we went along. She speaks perfect English & is super knowledgeable about local customs & trains, etc. I wanted a shrines & temples tour, I was able to collect Goshuin stamps at each place, it was so much fun! Especially the Lucky Cat Temple! We even made time to stop at a Pokemon center and collect the stamp there. It was just a really great day and I highly recommend booking this tour. I would definitely book again. We used a combination of Train and Uber at my request. Thank you so much for a truly special day.

Best Layover Ever!

Coming back from a long vacation in Vietnam we had an 11 hour layover in Narita and searched for a way to best take advantage of the extra time. We had never been to Japan and wanted to see Tokyo but were not sure how to make it happen? That is when we found the PRIVATE TOUR option! We signed up and Mayu and Ryu were SO HELPFUL! They helped us design a trip that was customized to our needs. Mayu was an incredible guide. So friendly and knowledgeable. She made it easy for us to navigate Tokyo taking us to several tourist spots. Mayu was attentive and noticed my wife liked matcha and took us to a spot to try some. Lunch was based on our feedback (we wanted sushi) and we went to a great spot near our final stop. I can’t recommend this tour enough!

Private Personal Tour

You have PAY for your own transportation. This was a complete surprise to us, as it is not mentioned during booking. We have 2 handicapped persons traveling with us and there was absolutely NO accommodations for them. Which required us to push wheelchairs around the entire tour. This was a heavy workout for us as we aren’t accustomed to pushing wheelchairs.

Operator response

I sincerely apologize that the transportation arrangements came as a surprise and that we did not provide enough information before the tour. I also regret that we did not better accommodate the needs of your two family members using wheelchairs. I understand that pushing the wheelchairs throughout the tour must have been physically demanding, and I'm sorry for the inconvenience this caused. Thank you for your honest feedback and for choosing to spend your day with us.

Hidden Gems of Tokyo with a Local

Our private custom walking tour with local guide Ryo was an unforgettable experience. We did many of the sights in our 6 hrs. visiting districts like Asakusa, Harajuku, Shibuya, etc. We also stopped at some local spots we probably wouldn’t have discovered if it weren’t for Ryo. The strawberry highball and tuna nigiri were highlights. Super grateful spending the day with him and hope to visit again someday.
