Excellent choice for hotel to port transfer

I highly recommend this transfer. Communication was spot on and driver was waiting a few minutes early so we were on our way to the port. The ride was luxury bucket seating with lots of space.

Trip to Yokohama port from Shinjuku.

The car was very comfortable The driver pulled up at the opposite side of the hotel to the other taxis which caused a bit of confusion. I would like to suggest he send through his registration plate for customers reference.

The driver was on time...

The driver was on time and very helpful loading our luggage, including a foldable wheelchair. He drove us right to the port terminal to help us unload easier. Although he didn’t speak much English, we understood him.

Nice ride, but confusing pickup!

Operator does a LOUSY job telling you pickup location from the port. Email says “Port of Yokohama,” but ticket lists an address a quarter-mile away! Driver speaks no English, so good luck resolving that while you’re standing there with all your luggage!

When you made the reservation, no drop-off address was provided. We then reached out to the you, who gave us the name of a hotel but no detailed address. We followed up to confirm, but you did not clearly state whether that hotel was indeed the destination. As a result, we could only select a hotel with the matching name for you. Before the trip, the driver shared the order details with you, and you indicated that everything was correct. However, upon arrival at the hotel, you claimed it was not your hotel and refused to get out of the car. The guest’s actual hotel turned out to be very far away — approximately 30 kilometers from the drop-off location. The driver had no choice but to take the guest back to the correct hotel. Unfortunately, we never received any additional fee for this. We sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused to you. At the same time, we would kindly ask for your understanding that the driver acted based on the information provided and confirmed at the time, and there was no fault on the driver’s part for this order. We will continue to improve our communication process to help avoid similar situations in the future. Thank you very much for your understanding.

Transfer to Yokohama port from Tokyo

On time, notice given before arrival. No issues with pickup or arrival. Vehicle was clean and driver was professional and courteous

Badly Managed Company

This company is not dependable. It appears the trip was labeled Yokohama Port to Tokyo, but I had checked Tokyo hotel to port. And, the pickup point was the hotel in Tokyo. Neither the driver nor the company in Singapore had reviewed the request. And, so far no contact from the company about a refund. We used Uber, which was efficient and frankly less expensive.

Excellent Tour

This was an interesting tour of Shinjuku. I never would have seen these sights on my own. Our guide was amazing and spoke excellent English.
