very nice and on time for pick up .would book them again. I had to move the pick up by half and hour ,and they were ok with it.
This was great. Driver was a little early, a good communicator and airport transfer was smooth. Traveled with kids and provided a car seat (they even offered 2 options for car seats which were in excellent condition and we picked). Narita airport is a bit far out from most Tokyo accommodations so it was nice and good value for us not to navigate the subway with luggage and kids.
This operator did not show for pick up. I texted via the Viator platform several times up until our arrival with no response and contact information.

Our driver was communicative, well prepared and anticipated our needs before we even arrived in Japan. When we arrived he was professional and efficient. The van was clean and fit our family’s seating and baggage needs. His driving was also very good. Thank you!
The driver contacted me the day before to reconfirm pickup time and location. He arrived ontime with nice van.
Our driver was efficient in contacting us using WhatsApp. Once we cleared customs with our baggage, we met our driver outside using the texted directions. The drive was done smoothly and quickly. So much better and quicker than taking the Narita Express and then a local train or subway. We will be using them again.
