Had so much fun! 10 out of 10! Highly recommended!
Absoloutely fabulous evening with well organised event from booking to specific dietary requirements. It was amazing comical family entertainment, with a great taste of what sumo involves. As a tourist to japan from the west it is a must see. I dont write a lot of reviews but this definately needs acknowledgement.
Get a taste of Japanese history and culture with this AMAZING experience! the food was amazing, the wrestling was as entertaining as it was informative, and my friend was among a few selected to wrestle with one of the sumo wrestlers after - that was a blast to see! Add this to your itinerary now!
Great show! Suitable for kids. Sumo are friendly. Great to know more about this culture.
They explained all the rules and culture behind the movements. Wrestlers were fun
It was a great show, appropriate for all ages. Came with my family, and we all had a great time. The food was ok. The show was incredible, the explanation was in several languages. I loved it and at the end we had a chance to take a picture. Super recommended !!
So much fun! I was a little concerned at first because the meeting area got a bit crowded (you check in at the lobby and doors don’t open til 5pm sharp for the restaurant). You’re then seated by friendly staff inside and served your kaiseki meal. The waiter will explain it to you, and you’re left at leisure to eat while the seating continues. All during that time, plus during the show, you can scan a QR code for drinks, soft and hard. And yes—the food was great! The show is quite entertaining…think “Sumo wrestling: accessible and interactive.” The host and sumos educate and interact throughout with the audience. Don’t worry if you’re shy—no one is throwing you into the ring 🤣. It’s purely voluntary to participate. My daughter (17) and I went because we wanted to see sumo and all tickets to the actual competitions in Nagoya are booked. We laughed so hard and made a great memory at this event. Highly recommend!
Excepcional! Very recomendable!
So much fun. Our kids loved the experience. Highly recommend. You learn the rules of the match.
Awesome show! They explained the rules and history of sumo in English and the show was fantastic. They even let the kids participate at the end. I didn’t care for the food, but the show was more than enough even without eating.
