Description
We aim to allow passengers to maximize their transit time in between flights. The pick-up location is at Haneda Airport followed by a guided tour that allows you to enjoy places around Tokyo, or even suggest the best restaurants for you. Some of the itinerary listed are optional, if you do not prefer to visit other destinations and would like to spend more time at certain locations. We are more than happy to accommodate you with your preferred destinations as long as the time permits.

The guide was great. We worked together beforehand to pick things that we were interested in. He was helpful throughout the day. Though his English wasn’t great, Google Translate was very good and we were able to learn many things and communicate clearly despite the barrier. He was great at taking group pics of us.
This is a great way to see Tokyo if you have a long layover. Staff was great with the use of an interpreter App. It was a wonderful experience.

Our guide was super flexible and very responsive. Although his English was minimal, it was no problem at all because we both used Google Translate conversation and spoke into the mic on our phones and then it just translated to or from Japanese. He was very informative and friendly. He also had waters and umbrellas ready for us. He was on time and a very good driver. He recommended not going up the towers because of limited visibility. He also knew the best spots for photos. Very happy.
Haruki Osako did a great job! I was picked up at the airport right outside the door and dropped back there to check back in. He knows the area very well and we managed to see several days' worth of sites in a 5-hour window! We actually saw even more sites than listed and it was really cool. I was pretty tired coming of a red-eye flight and heading back onto another one, but I was so happy to see Tokyo and get so much interesting information from a local. I got some great photos and look forward to returning and spending more time in Japan.

Amazing experience. Our tour guide even took us to places that weren’t listed in the tour so we could have a more natural experience.
Initially we were very disappointed as we requested an english speaking guide who would tell us alot about Tokyo as we travelled around. Our guide knew very little English and communicated via google translating....very time consuming and actually not very safe when he was doing this while driving. However, as the day went on, he did show us all the sights we wanted to see and tried very hard to communicate information...not the same as having fluent conversations , though. He was eager to take our pictures when needed. In future, I'm not sure how we could have made it more plain that we were English and wished an English guide. I gave the rating a 4 , as the sights were good and he was trying...otherwise, I would have rated it lower as we did not receive what we requested.
The driver spoke zero English and there was NO tour. He was simply a driver. He could only communicate through a text translation app. He took us to the two places that we texted him in advance where we wanted to go. He didn’t show us around or explain anything when we got there. He could not even communicate when to get out of the car or where to meet him. We were left on our own to see the sites and had no idea where to go. I paid for a tour with an English speaking guide. I want a full refund. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM - SAVE YOUR MONEY.

I would like to clarify that although the tour was initially planned as a short layover tour, the actual available time was closer to 2 hours. Based on your understanding as a Delta staff member, you preferred to proceed with a tighter schedule and a later check-in timing. Given these conditions, I created a highly customized and efficient itinerary to accommodate your request as much as possible. I truly did my best to make the most of your very limited time and help you enjoy Tokyo. While I understand your concerns, I was quite surprised by the request for a full refund under these circumstances. I also noted that you seemed to enjoy the street food experience during the tour; however, some trash was left inside the vehicle afterwards. That said, I sincerely apologize that the experience did not meet your expectations. I will take your feedback seriously and continue improving how I communicate tour conditions in advance to avoid any misunderstandings. Thank you again for your feedback.
Haruki O was Excellent, we did a night tour & he took us to so many sites, theres's A LOT of options for souveneirs & eateries, he even helped with picture-taking, Awesome Introductory Tour to this amazing city :)
It was a good tour with a nice accommodating guide, who went out of his way to look after us. However, he didn’t really speak any English so Google translate was used but just doesn’t make up for proper interaction.
