This transfer service is only available for properties in Tokyo City Center (Tokyo 23 wards include Adachi, Arakawa, Bunkyo, Chiyoda, Chuo, Edogawa, Itabashi, Katsushika, Kita, Koto, Meguro, Minato, Nakano, Nerima, Ota Setagaya, Shibuya, Shinagawa, Shinjuku, Suginami, Sumida, Taito, Narita, and Toshima. We may contact you regarding additional charges if the pick-up location is outside our service area. Please provide your contact phone number or WhatsApp account when confirming the booking. We will contact you to confirm the pick-up details in advance. And we will arrange the driver one day in advance. We provide 7*24 customer service, Please feel free to contact us by email, WhatsApp, or phone. For waiting time exceeding 30 minutes, a fee of 30 USD per hour will be charged

Despite our ride being smooth and the driver arriving on time, there was confusion regarding the booking of our destination. When we confirmed where we wanted to go, we were charged an additional 5,000 yen (about $32 USD). We feel this extra charge was excessive for the distance traveled and should have been communicated more clearly upfront.
