Mixed up booking

They were sold out when we arrived dispite us having our confirmation booking. We couldn't change dates due to our restricted itinerary. We purchased international drivers licence and gopro attachments for no reason. Very disappointed. We were refunded but not happy as we'd booked months in advance. They changed their tour times and when we had to adjust our booking to suit and due to their changes we didn't make their list of attendees. Better to book direct.

Wonderful and safe experience

It is such a wonderful experience. We went on the Shibuya / Tokyo Tower 120min Tour. They are very serious about safety. The went over a lot of safety measures and very thorough going over the go cart operations.

Must try when in Japan

We had a blast with Japan Kart! I was a little nervous at first driving through the streets of Japan but I got the hang of it quickly. My entire family enjoyed this experience! Would definitely recommend this.

Lots of fun!

Lots of fun! Even though the ride lasted 2 hours, it went too fast! The tour leader made sure we were safe at all times, and the whole experience was very well organised.

No flexibility

They could be a little less strict on what they take as proof of license. My kid lost her physical driver's license a couple of day prior to the trip, she had a copy of it on line and the paper form and they did not accept these. Needless to say that they did not let her ride. I didn't want to do it without her but they also refused to give a refund. The drive was good. 2 hours might have been a stretch, 1 hour can give you the experience. The person who kept my daughter company in the van that drive behind us was super kind and reassuring. I understand rules and regs but honestly, Japan is super advanced and they could have printed out a copy from the web or been a little flexible regarding the physical documents.
