One day before your transfer, your driver or coordinator will contact you via WhatsApp or message to reconfirm the pickup time, specific meeting point at the port, and any special requests. Driver met and dropped us off as requested with no problems etc, we booked pick up and drop off for all our transfers, all were excellent
We had an easy 30 min drive from the cruise ship terminal to Haneda airport. Our driver was 8 min late due to traffic but once he arrived he was very helpful and assisted us with our bags. He had a clean and comfortable Alphard vehicle. A good driver and very courteous.
Our driver communicated when he arrived and was waiting for us when we departed the ship. Vehicle was spotless and spacious. Driver spoke great English and engaged with us during our trip to the hotel. Highly recommend booking your private transfer through Viator
