The guide was attentive and very pleasant; it is one of the rare tours in French in Tokyo. If you are a French speaker, do not hesitate.

This was a 10/10 experience! The tour guide was actually the Owner of the company. He gave me a great history of Tokyo, Edo, Buddhism and Shintoism! I really loved this tour! Make sure to bring coins for Temple offerings and cash for lucky tokens if needed. Also - my original guide was delayed due to an accident and the owner quickly stepped in and gave a top notch tour last minute. I very much appreciated the quick resolution.

We had a fantastic experience visiting Senso-ji Temple with a local guide today. It ended up feeling like a private tour since it was just the two of us, which made it extra special. Our guide, Yu, was wonderful—friendly, knowledgeable, and very engaging. She shared not only insights about the temple and Japanese religion, but also a lot about Tokyo’s history and culture—far beyond what we expected from the tour description. It was informative, personal, and really added depth to our visit. Highly recommended if you want more than just sightseeing and actually understand what you’re seeing.
