We went to Temaikén and we had an amazing time. We loved to tour the park, see all the animals and enjoy a different day, outdoors and in contact with nature. The facilities are super maintained and buying tickets was super easy. In addition, the handling of shipping the tickets was fairly fast and reliable. The staff always very friendly and the Mood very relaxed, ideal to disconnect and have a good time together.

The park is very nice, but buying tickets through Tripadvisor was a terrible decision. When I arrived at the park with my family, the barcode they had sent didn't work. I had to do a 30-minute errand while everyone waited outside.

Company only submitted tickets after I submitted questioning, the night before the event. Tickets are not available on TripAdvisor and have not been forwarded by email, only via WhatsApp, upon request.
