What should have been a highlight of our trip was anything but. If you want to visit be warned, book in advance, days or weeks in advance. It is generally impossible to turn up and expect to gain entry. Plan ahead! ☹️

Ticket availability, advance booking requirements, admission policies, and access to the museum are managed directly by the museum and are completely outside our control. We always recommend planning museum visits in advance, especially when availability is limited, but this process depends entirely on the museum’s own ticketing system. We appreciate your understanding.

Very easy, and I was lucky because I found a spot for the next day, which is not easy for the blue house :) The audio guide was perfect, not too long, with just enough details!

Friday fun-day with amazing hosts Julia and Josue for a full day with Frida Kahlo tour, market time, and xochomilco boats. They kept it the perfect mix of keeping the group informed and prepared while making it fun and high energy! This purchase worked well. The tickets were in the email before the time and we liked going early as the crowds were much smaller. Be aware the the Blue House does not provide the audio guide or earphones -the audio guide comes with your email and you connect it through your own audio device on your phone. I liked the audio guide to get more details on what I was seeing
