A good time to stop taking yourself seriously, return to a carefree childhood in a sweet and sweet universe. We took as early as possible to have more peace of mind to take the photos and enjoy the accessories available.
0/10 do not recommend. The place was disgusting it was so dirty. They let far too many people in at once so you can’t get a proper chance to get photos.
Great place, so much fun - except for the bridge when you first walk in, that is vomit inducing 😂 Scan the QR code by the photo machines at the end and you can download all your pictures for free!
This was great fun as a couple we done the 9.30 slot and it was nice and quiet ! It’s not a long activity maybe a hour we did enjoy the cafe after ! Staff are lovely and dotted about the rooms ! I’d recommend an early slot so you can take your time and get photos as you can’t go back on your self once through .
My girls were very excited, we had a wonderful time together. Nothing more to say. Thank you for the experience.
Was an awesome experience. Staff were a great and amazing helpful crew. Met a lovely staff member from the Ukraine who had visited NZ. Another staff member helped with taking photos, he was just a lovely ray of sunshine. 🤗🤗
Expensive tickets for what you get, barely been in for 45 minutes. Very busy especially many adults who are constantly taking "selfies" so that children can not get in or near anything. Was the 2nd x for us if only now never again.
Sylvana was lovely and it was a very fun experience!
We really enjoyed this quirky museum. There are lots of fun activities and exhibitions. The museum takes photos for you but there are many great photo opportunities to take your own.
It’s a great concept and my son and I had a fun time. Glad we did it. However, we found the staff to be quite disinterested which does affect the tone of the place.
