The tour was great! Very informative and so relaxing just to be in nature. I was particularly impressed by the level of service given by Mitch in arranging the pick up from and to our door even though on Viators website our area was not within pick up range. It was unexpected and greatfully recieved. One thing that I would say is that I was glad I found the contact number for Mitch (took me a while) and dealt with him directly as when initially dealing with Viator my queries were not answered. Their customer service caused me to be quite frustrated to the point of cancelling my tour. However glad I persisted. Well done Mitch, keep up the good work! THANK YOU.....definitely recommended.

10/10 experience!! This was honestly one of the best excursions I’ve ever done. We got to see so much wildlife alligators, little snakes, crabs, catfish, clams, flamingos, and sooo many different birds. It was such a cool experience seeing everything up close in its natural habitat. Also the swamp was full of mangroves it was mind blowing. The person who organized everything was AMAZING. He went above and beyond to make sure we got there on time and made it home safely. Since I’m young and not familiar with traveling around Trinidad, he communicated with us every step of the way and made the whole experience stress free. He even provided water, mosquito repellent, and arranged a reliable driver for us, which I really appreciated. The tour guide was also incredible. He was super knowledgeable and made the tour so interesting by explaining everything we were seeing, good personality he made funny jokes. On top of that, the pineapple and mango chow was SO good! If you’re visiting Trinidad, I 1000% recommend booking this tour. You won’t regret it!
Great experience! Scenic, calming. Educational. Comfortable.
We all had an all round great experience.. from the taxi driver that came to pick us up to the tour guide who conducted the tour. It was very educating and beautiful to see the birds in their natural habitat.
Would 100% recommend!! We got picked up and dropped off by Moses and he was amazing!! He was super nice and told us a lot about Trinidad and the areas we passed by during the drive. The tour was also great. I read a few reviews that said we needed bug spray but we were fine without. We saw flamingos, crabs, a snake, fish, and the scarlet ibis (we saw a lot more). The scenery was gorgeous. We had one person who was unsure about the tour at first but ended up really loving it. The whole experience was super enjoyable. Thank you for having us!
A wonderful and unforgettable experience showcasing Trinidad's immense natural beauty. The tour was well organised and the driver was friendly and punctual. Highly recommended!
The tour was absolutely beautiful and just as described. A very cool experience to cruise through the mangroves and witness the gorgeous sunset on the water as the backdrop to the Scarlet Ibis flying home to rest. There was also a flock of flamingos, a hummingbird, a baby caymen/alligator, a silky anteater, and snakes!
A very unique tour to see some of Trinidad's wildlife and learn about their national bird. Easy to access with having the pick up option from our hotel.
It was nice Kind of short and the children on our boat ruined the experience. It was a beautiful experience seeing the red birds and the tour guide was knowledgeable.
