We pass by the road that will take you to Fay Canyon. Our viewing site sits adjacent to the Fay Canyon area.
We pass by Red Rock crossing on our way to our viewing site.
We pass by Crystal Magic where our second tour location is on the way to our viewing location.
We pass by Crystal Magic on the 89A on our way to our tour viewing location.
On the way to the viewing location we will pass by the street that one would take to go and see the Stupa. We do not go to the stupa.

- Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your tour time to check in. We cannot accept late check-ins unless communication has been made with the traveler. We must stay on time for all of our guests. Late check-in's are considered a no-show & no refund, reschedule or tour credit will be provided.
- Use of one (1) night vision goggle is provided to every 2 adult travelers (11 years of age and up). We have experienced that many travelers cannot look up in the sky for extended periods of time & end up needing to rest their neck. Sharing a goggle gives each traveler this ability.
- Adults over the age of 18 only will be provided use of an approved star pointer
- Children 10 and under will share goggles with an adult & must be assisted by an adult at all times. Children may not physically hold the goggles due to the cost of the goggles..
- Travelers will need their own vehicle as you will follow your guide to the viewing location. Please do not arrive in an Uber, Lift, Taxi or any other form of transportation other than your own vehicle.

- Audio & Video Recording is not permitted at any time. Flash Photography is also not permitted at any time due to the sensitive nature of our equipment. Violation of this policy will result in the traveler's tour being cut short.
- We will attempt to conduct the tour every night. The safety of our guests is of our utmost concern, when it comes to making a decision on weather, acts of God, or specific area closures we will inform all guests in a timely manner. With inclement weather issues and in an effort to not disappoint our travelers we MAY at the company's discretion need to wait until check-in time to make a determination on weather, other times may require that we make a determination 30-60 minutes prior to tour time.. If you are traveling during monsoon or winter seasons please note that special weather policies apply to this time of year.
- Tour times may vary due to current sunset times. Please note that this may be as little as 15 minutes earlier or later and as much as 60MIN later than your booking confirmation states. We send out updates to all travelers prior via Tripadvisor/Viator's messaging system or text.
- We do not operate during or around the times of a FULL MOON. We do our best to predict the placement/alignment of the full moon as well as its illumination, however, if we deem any night unsafe to use our equipment, the tour will be cancelled & refunded. This could be as much as days before or as little as several hours in advance.
- Not recommended for travelers who have difficulty standing or walking.

Amazing experience with Shay. Great communications and very clear on meet up point. This isn't a hokey UFO tour. This is the real deal! We saw so much and Shay gave us so much information to absorb. We are not alone! Do yourself a favor and book this tour!
I went on Sunday March first with friends, all who were open minded about this experience. There are no words that can accurately convey how fabulous this tour was. Shay was friendly , open , clear about what this experience would be. She knows what she doing and share her own experiences. All I can say is…”Go” ! Carole P
Here’s a thing. This trip was cancelled by the operator 25 hours before check in. The reason? An upcoming full moon. Apparently, the astronomers who run this tour were surprised by this. My tip is, check the moon phase before making reservations.
It is such a shame that someone would leave a one star review when we cancelled the tour not 25 hours in advance but 28 HOURS IN ADVANCE. We protect the safety of our travelers first and foremost. This tour was cancelled because after being out on tour the night before, the moon was at a different altitude and brighter at 77% then expected. The moon for Saturday's tour (tonight) was to be at 97% illumination and once again at an altitude that could have posed serious risks to our guests eyes and our equipment. Since August 2025 our company has been preparing for Supermoons by blocking out our calendar 3 days or so before a full moon and sometimes up to 5 days after a full moon. We were not "surprised" that the full moon is on Tuesday, but the astronomers and actual predictors of the full moon can only do so much. We state in our Tripadvisor listing and on our website to all travelers that weather or mother nature can cause some unforeseen circumstances that we will cancel tours if there is a safety concern. Our equipment is sensitive to extreme light and can bring a higher percentage of light into our guests eyes when the moon is too bright or in a position that washes out the sky. Unfortunately this sounds like you are more disappointed that you couldn't go on our tour which we understand, but there is a better way to stress your frustration then attempting to damage a company's reputation that has been built on transparency with our guests. This is the most complex experience in Sedona and requires not only planning for Sunset times, but the moon, its illumination and its position. Predictable data available to us at the time of your booking indicated a feasible location of the upcoming full moon as to not "wash out" the night sky during your tour time. This would have also provided an altitude that we deem safe.

We were very excited about this tour and the possibility of seeing a UFO or a UAP. Our expectation was that we would be lucky enough to see one. The night goggles were great but we had to share by couple so for the price - not so great. There was lots to see moving in the sky above - too many to believe they were UFO's. Nothing jumped out that the things we saw were anything other than satellites (even though we were reassured they were not). Our guide Shay was a story teller and she was good at it - too bad it was mostly unbelievable statements that can be fact checked easily. When asked what was glowing behind the mesa she replied "we don't know" like this was a big mystery - it was most likely Flagstaff itself or Flagstaff airport. I was embarrassed for the couple we dragged along on this tour when Shay brought out "valuable" and "one-of-a-kind "artifacts that were given to her by connections she had with some Government or AREA 51 org that I can't remember. There is no way she would have anything in her possession that was of alien origin or such as she stated. Talking with others in our group all agreed her stories and statements were more unbelievable than UFOs at all! Only one couple was buying into it and they had been on the tour in the past. I would check out other tour groups of this type and read the reviews through thoroughly before booking.
