Mulholland Drive is a street in the eastern Santa Monica Mountains of Southern California. It is named after pioneering Los Angeles civil engineer William Mulholland. The western rural portion in Los Angeles and Ventura Counties is named Mulholland Highway. The road is featured in a significant number of movies, songs, and novels. David Lynch, who wrote and directed a film named after Mulholland Drive, has said that one can feel "the history of Hollywood" on it.
The Hollywood Sign is an American landmark and cultural icon overlooking Hollywood, Los Angeles, California. It is situated on Mount Lee, in the Hollywood Hills area of the Santa Monica Mountains. "HOLLYWOOD" is spelled out in 45-foot-tall white capital letters and is 352 feet long.
The Hollywood Walk of Fame comprises more than 2,600 five-pointed terrazzo and brass stars embedded in the sidewalks along 15 blocks of Hollywood Boulevard and three blocks of Vine Street in Hollywood, California.
The Dolby Theater is now the center of the annual Academy Awards, and very close to the TLC Chinese Theater. It was designed specifically for the Oscars, and seats over 3000 people. Often when not hosting the awards it acts as a stage for televised stage-based shows like American Idol.
The Sunset Strip portion of Sunset Boulevard has been a center of Hollywood Night-Life for over half a century, and the rest of the strip is lined with recognizable buildings and signs featured in many, many movies. It features world-class clubs, celebrity favorite restaurants, and entertainment of all kinds.
First opened in 1927, the Chinese Theater has been the heart of many world-famous movie premiers, three Academy-Awards ceremonies, and currently seats 932 people. It's possibly the most recognizable movie-palace in LA and is the home of the Hollywood Celebrity hand and foot-prints tiles.
The first American Whisky a Go-Go was opened in 1958, and known as one of the earliest, if not the first, American discotheque. It has been the launching pad of No Doubt, Van Halen, Led Zeppelin, Guns N' Roses and many many more.
While originally known as The Central, The Viper Room was opened in 1993 and owned by Johnny Depp and Sal Jenco. Since then, the club has been known as a popular hang-out and preferred club of many Hollywood Elite. It's mainly known as a music venue, but also beloved as a whisky bar.
The El Capitan Theater opened in 1926 by Charles E. Toberman and was being built around the same time as the Chinese Theater in partnership with Sid Grauman. Originally it premiered live stage-plays, but after being crushed by the Great Depression it turned to movie entertainment and road shows. It was put on the map after becoming the original screen-location of Citizen Kane.
The heart of Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive is a two-mile stretch of road that encompasses some of the most glamorous and famous locations Along its path lays restaurants pioneered by world-class world-famous chefs, and beautiful luxurious hotels loved by stars of the golden age and the modern era.

We specifically design our experiences to be personal rather than the typical crowded tour bus experience. I'm glad our guide helped make you feel important and valued during your time with us - that's exactly what we aim for with every guest. It sounds like you found this experience to be more personal than your previous Hollywood tour, which is wonderful feedback for our team. If you want a more private intimate way to see all the amazing sites of LA this is the tour to book! Jose our guide was fantastic. He took the time to ensure we saw and experienced everything we wanted and his knowledge was fantastic. There was a very emotional moment during the tour when we came across the place my parents first met 56yrs ago. My mum has sadly passed and when Jose realised how special this was to me, turned around and took me back to get photos and gave me time and space to be in the moment. A very special moment given to me by a very special person. Jose thank you from the bottom of my heart you have given me a memory I will cherish forever!!
Thank you for your wonderful review, Shirley! We're thrilled to hear that you had such a meaningful and memorable experience on our Los Angeles Tour. We're especially grateful for your kind words about Jose. Our guides take great pride in providing personalized experiences, and it's heartwarming to know that Jose went above and beyond to make your tour special. The moment you described at the place where your parents met 56 years ago sounds truly touching. We're honored that our tour could facilitate such a profound connection to your family history. Your feedback about the tour being a more intimate way to see LA's amazing sites is exactly what we aim for. We believe that smaller, more personalized tours allow our guests to have a richer, more in-depth experience of the city. Thank you again for choosing our tour and for taking the time to share your experience. We hope to welcome you back to Los Angeles in the future! Best regards, The Another Side Of Los Angeles Tours Team

Our tour guide Benjamin was super fun and nice and very knowledgeable about the area. It was nice for someone else could drive so we could actually see everything. He would also help us in and out of the vehicle. A true gentleman.

My fiancé and I took the Los Angeles Tour New Year’s Eve. It turned out we were the only people on this tour and Ben was AMAZING! We saw everything we wanted to see—all the highlights of Los Angeles from the Hollywood sign to Rodeo Drive. Ben was extremely entertaining and had fun insider Hollywood news and little known facts. We even walked inside the Roosevelt Hotel and Ben had a lot of info about movies shot there and stars who have stayed there. I highly recommend this tour especially if you have a limited time in LA and want to see all the good stuff!
Thank you so much for your review! We are so happy we met all of your expectations and you had an AMAZING time. Ben is one of the best tour guides we have and we appreciate the feed back on him. We hope to see you soon on "Another" tour in San Diego, Los Angeles, or Las Vegas. Thank you so much!
Had a great time doing the downtown Los Angeles tour with Luce. He was very conscientious for our safety. This was our 8th Segway trip and it was a favorite!! We’ve done tours with radios (where everyone can hear what the guide is saying) and I will say that the others in this tour couldn’t hear him as well as i could. Just a thought.
We are so happy that you had a GREAT time and felt very comfortable. We thank you for the feedback and will definitely keep that in mind. We hope to see you very soon on "Another" tour in Los Angeles, San Diego, Las Vegas. Thank You!
The 3 hour Los Angeles Tour with Darnel was great! We got to see all the highlights of the city and learn about the history as well. We stopped at numerous locations to get some great views and great pictures. Darnel had the best spot to take photos of the Hollywood sign! I would definitely book another tour with Another Side of Los Angeles Tours.
We did the Downtown LA Segway Tour. We had good instruction (for a beginning Segway driver! ) Ken scheduled a tour on what was to have been an "off" day.
