The local experienced private tour guide name was Wing, and he was outstanding and very knowledgeable in the teachings of the great Master of Wing Chun Kung Fu and Jeet Kune Do, "Bruce Lee." Wing made the experience at the Hong Kong Heritage Museum and the visit with the Master of Wing Chun Combat Chamber most memorable. Wing was very patience, quick to explain and deeply self-involved with experience and what I was understanding and receiving from the tour. I will take this tour whenever I return to Hong Kong and recommend this tour and Wing as selected tour guide to all my friends or relative that ask and plan to visit Hong Kong. I would like to express deepest appreciation to Wing for making my tour experience the greatest. Thank you!

I stumbled on this tour, after researching similar tours online, that where offered for a price range between 650 - 950 HKD$ (80 - 120 USD$). When i saw this tour on Tripadvisor it showed a price of 700$. Even though I have to admit that it was my mistake not to check the displayed currency again, for several, more than understandable reasons, I firmly assumed that it was 700 HKD$ (Hong Kong Dollar) not 700 USD$ (US Dollar) and booked the tour full of anticipation: - First of all, I assumed that the price on Tripadvisor would be displayed in the respective national currency (HKD$), if not in my own currency (€) - Second, I had already compared a few tours in advance and the assumed price of 700HKD$ was pretty much in line with the price expectations of other operators - And last but not least, the actual price of 700 USD$ is in absolutely no realistic relation to the services offered on the tour, since almost everything mentioned by the Organiser is free of charge anyways, as you can see in detail below: - Visit of the Bruce Lee Statue (free of charge) - Visit of the Bruce Lee Exhibition at the HongKong Heritage Museum (free of charge) - Visit of the Tsing Shan Monastery where "Enter the Dragon" was filmed (free of charge) - Introductory Wing Chun Class (you can find places where they offer a introductory class free of charge as well) - Transport by Air-conditioned vehicle - Lunch & Snacks So as you might understand, I never in my wildest dreams would have thought that such a tour would actually cost 700 USD. After i completed the booking and checked my bank account to see, that indeed 700USD where charged, I was quite shocked and assumed that this must've been huge a mistake and immediately contacted the tour operator to find out, that they indeed charge this amount and asked him for the cancellation of my booking. At first he was quite understanding and said, that he is happy to help, but can't cancel the booking from his side, so i would have to reach out to Tripadvisor for the cancellation, which i did. Unfortunately i couldn't reach anyone at Tripadvisor and didn't receive any feedback via mail up until now, so i contacted him again to find a solution for both of us. Suddenly, a cancellation seemed to be possible and he told me that he could offer me a refund of 300 USD, as the master for the Wing Chun class was already booked and the remaining 400 USD could not be refunded due to that reason. I accepted the offer to limit my financial loss and asked him if I could at least take the Wing Chun lesson (for 400 USD!!!) to get at least some value for the money, which he denied and only found more excuses. When i told him that i will have to write an honest review about my experience he refused to further communicate with me to find a solution and immediately blocked me on whatsapp, which resulted in me not getting a refund nor being able to at least take part in this absurd overpriced tour that i already paid for. After all i would at least have attended the tour if i couldn't get any refund, which was not possible due to the stubbornness of the tour operator. So please stay away from this unprofessional, unfriendly and fraudulent organizer.

Highlight of my trip was visiting the monastery and exhibitions plus the guide was exceptional and the Wing Chun class was great fun

Well, first off I was not feeling well the day of the tour and asked to postpone to the next day only 24 hours prior and actually was able to postpone ! The next day i was contacted by Wing the tour host via WhatsApp to organise the pick up from my hotel which was done perfectly on time. Wing makes you feel very welcome and at ease if you feel new and disoriented in town. He picked me up in a Tesla (for the green lovers) and visited the Bruce Lee exhibition first which was remarkable I have to say. So many artifacts from movies and pictures of Bruce Lee you probably have never seen. Then we had a great local food lunch wish for me I really enjoyed and the Wing Chun practice lesson with the Master was the high light of the tour for me…I truly had an amazing time there. He was very kind , demonstrating interesting moves and was very patient as well. And we finished with the visit of the temple where a scene of the movie « Enter the dragon » took place. Beautiful view from the top of the mountain. I definitely recommend this tour , you will have a blast. U might even get a special « Bruce Lee » present from Wing .😉

Wing was exceptionally friendly, professional, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. He allowed plenty of time at the museum and the Wing Chun lessons were phenomenal!

Even when booking this tour I was impressed with the varied agenda of visiting the Temple from Enter the Dragon in the New Territories, visiting the Bruce Lee exhibition at the Heritage Centre (which is a must!), gazing at the Lee statue near the harbour and finally the Wing Chun lesson ... but the added bonus was the company of Wing who engaged with friendly chat from the start and provided not only insightful detail but humour and fun. I felt like I was out with a great friend, as he introduced me to the best local lunches and even helped me buy (and carry!) a mahjong set on the way home. The martial arts class was a highlight - with time to have chats with both the sifu (teacher) and another experienced student. Again I learnt a lot and enjoyed the friendly atmosphere with laughter. Finally, Wing put a lot of effort to compile photos from the day into a nice little package ... This experience was way above expectations and again I thanks Wing for his time and investment. Totally recommend this ‘tour’.
