Pickup Locations & Times
A complimentary pick up from several hotels in Downtown Montreal can be arranged when requested at least 24 hours in advance. This can also be done by choosing from the hotel list upon booking. If your hotel is not included, please send us a message as early as possible and we will advise the closest pick-up point. Pick-up from the listed hotels starts by 9 am. Please wait patiently by the entrance level at 9 am. Your provided mobile number will be contacted when your guide arrives. Pick-up and drop off services are provided on a complementary basis courtesy of Ntours. In case of road closure or intense traffic in the area of a hotel, we shall make our best to advise alternative pickup/drop off location as close as possible to your hotel. If you choose to join at the start point at Square Philips, please be in the Square Phillips by the monument at 9:15 am, and make sure that you are reachable on your provided mobile number. Your guide will reach out before the tour start time.

- COVID-19 prevention measures: Wearing a face mask is highly recommended in the vehicle and in closed spaces during visits, but not obligatory. Wearing gloves is highly recommended inside the vehicle. Our guides/drivers who have tested for COVID19 and are positive, or have been in contact with a confirmed case will not be allowed to do any tours. Some activities/visits might not be doable due to 3rd party temporary closure.
- In case of special events or roads closure tour/attractions could be modified without prior notice.
- Smoking, e-cigarettes and alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle
- No luggage or bags in general can be left on our unattended vehicles during visits or lunch break. Anything, you bring on with you must by curried on while not on the vehicle.
- This experience includes several attractions. Guests will be getting on and off the van frequently. It is not suitable for persons with limited mobility.
- While children and special need individuals are welcomed on our tour. In case of any disturbance that make other guests uncomfortable, interfere with guides' commentary or rise a security concern, participants may be asked to leave the tour. No refund will be granted.

This is a longer day for older people, lunch break was a good amount of time. Fran was a considerate host and good driver
Thank you so much for your review. We highly appreciate it. The full day tour is divided into two parts, AM and PM (each is of approx. 3 hours). In between, we have the lunch break in Old Montreal. Pick-up and drop-off travel time depends on hotels location and traffic. Enjoy travelling and all the best!
During the tour, there were several noticeable issues regarding service quality, guide communication, and basic hygiene. While the tour guide possessed decent English skills, he struggled to answer guest questions clearly or directly, and his unpleasant breath made close interactions uncomfortable. Additionally, basic amenities were distributed unevenly—water was proactively offered to passengers in the back, while those seated in the front had to explicitly request it. Most concerning, however, were the unhygienic practices during the food stop, where a single shared container of cream cheese was provided, leading to multiple guests double-dipping.

Regarding the complimentary water, we keep the bottles in the cool-box in the back of the van and all our guests are informed that they could ask for it when they want to have it. Enjoy traveling. I had a good time. However, I have done many tours over the years, and the value wasn't there for this one. For the price, there should have been more activities and history.
Thank you for your review. We do appreciate it indeed. The concept of this tour is to cover the different aspects of the city. It can not be focused on history, as it should cater to a wide variety of tastes. The limited number of participants, high quality of guides and vehicles, make the running cost of the tour quite high. The biggest challenge we are facing, at the moment, is keeping the actual prices, established sinse 2022, while facing inflation rate and the current high fuel prices. Fran provided a super day out for us. There were just 6 of us, so certainly small group. She collected us at exactly the arranged time and place, having reached out earlier to be sure everything was ok. Then we had a wonderful day with a good balance of historical and geographical information around various districts of Montreal, plus a delicious authentic bagel from a historic bagel shop. Jules was great, friendly, and knowledgable. We did the full day tour and got to see most of Montreal’s highlights. The van is very comfortable and spacious, Jules was a great driver and tour guide. The smaller group made the tour more personal and enjoyable. Did not feel rushed at all. Highly recommend!
