- Games are recommended for ages 13 and up. Younger players are allowed, but some of the game content may be too difficult for them. An adult, 18 or older, must participate with anyone that is 14 and under. Also, any participants under the age of 18 will need an adult to sign their waiver.
- You will be in a room with a locked door, but every door is equipped with an exit button. Should you feel the need to leave the room, you are welcome to do so at any time.
- Each game is designed for one hour of intense fun! Plan to spend 15 minutes prior to each game preparing and briefing for your mission, and 15 minutes after each game to debrief and take photos.
- The Escape Game experiences are very different from what you typically see in other escape rooms. These games aren't scary or dark. They are exciting, adventurous, and something all guests can enjoy.
- Unless you book all the spots in a game, our games have the potential to be shared experiences, which means others could book into your game and join your team.

Great experience, maybe a little pricey per person but that’s expected at MOA. Very involved puzzles that feel satisfying to solve. Everything was relevant to the puzzle in some way, and the only red herrings we found were issues in the actual construction (a plaque having a single loose screw, for example) which didn’t detract from our experience since our guide stopped us before we broke anything
My experience was amazing. The employees were very nice. They also explained the directions very thoroughly. The room we were in was amazing and had a futuristic feeling to it.
We're in town for a volleyball tournament that starts tomorrow and were looking for something fun to do at Mall of America. The Heist room was the perfect choice! The room was incredibly well-designed, with a great variety of puzzles that kept everyone engaged and working together. The challenges were just difficult enough to be exciting without becoming frustrating. We were thrilled to complete the Heist room with 14 minutes left on the clock! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and did a great job creating an immersive experience from the moment we arrived. Whether you're visiting Mall of America, traveling with family, or looking for a fun group activity, this escape room is absolutely worth your time. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely be back to try another room on a future trip.
