We had an amazing day touring Lantau Island with Ashley! It was our third day touring with her and we felt so privileged to have her for that time. She is a wonderful person, so knowledgeable about Hong Kong and an excellent tour guide. From the local fish market to the 10,000 buddha temple to the Big Buddha, cable car ride and authentic szechuan lunch we had another incredible day! If you're visiting Hong Kong and looking for a guide, Ashley has my highest recommendation!
My hubby and I were lucky to enjoy a private tour of Lantau Island with Ashley, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our stay in Hong Kong. Ashley is an absolute fountain of knowledge — from the history of China and Hong Kong to literature, religion, and local culture, she answered all our (many!) questions with incredible patience and clarity. Her passion, insight, and engaging explanations made every part of the tour truly captivating. We didn’t just see beautiful places — we understood their context and meaning, which made the experience so much richer. The car was very comfortable, ideal for exploring the island at our own pace, and the driver was discreet, professional, and reliable. We wholeheartedly recommend Ashley to anyone looking to discover Lantau (or any part of Hong Kong) in a thoughtful, enriching, and personalized way!
Ashley was brilliant - she’s charming, professional, inciteful and has great spoken and written English - the perfect guide !
This was a marvelous tour. Our guide Ashley was superb, very knowledgeable and personable and took us not only to the normal sights but added in a few private stops at places she likes. She also arranged the day perfectly, helping us avoid crowds at the Big Buddha and on the cable car ride down. Also picked out a great spot for us to have lunch. Just cannot say enough positive things about her!

Ashley is a very knowledgeable and passionate guide showing us the food, culture, and history of true Hong Kong in the most interesting way! We enjoyed every minute with her! Highly recommended!!
As seasoned travellers, I must say that our recent excursion to Lantau Island in Hong Kong was a most delightful surprise. The day began with a true revelation - the natural splendour of this locale far exceeded our expectations. The verdant landscapes were a sight to behold. The different villages were rich in culture and delicious local food. We discovered nice hidden gems that we could never find on our own. And of course, the must see Big Buddha was also impressive. But the true highlight of the day was our encounter with Ashley. Her intimate knowledge of Lantau's cultural heritage and historic significance was truly impressive. Yet it was her infectious passion and warm personality that transformed this tour into an immersive experience akin to being shown around by a close friend. I cannot recommend Ashley's tours highly enough. For the discerning traveler seeking to uncover the authentic heart of Hong Kong, her services are simply unparalleled. This was undoubtedly one of the most memorable experiences of my world travels to date.
