It was very fun and I was able to get alot lf great pictures! We were up there for around 45 minutes? I believe? it was very pleasant, even with my fear of heights(which I remedied by simply not looking down.) it was very cool, temperature-wise, with the occasional blowing of the balloon's torch warming you up quite a bit. it was a rather full but not too crowded in each segment of the basket. staff were nice and occasionally funny. a pretty much perfect first balloon ride.
Very fun experience! The balloon ride was smooth and everything was well-planned. My family felt safe and even one person anxious about high heights felt safe and secure. The snacks and tea was a nice welcome touch and the drone photos and videos were great! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The hot air balloon ride with Volando Alto was great! We booked with Viator for transportation. Everything was seamless from start to finish. They give you some cookies and coffee prior to the flight and drive you to the take off area. Felt safe the entire time and was able to see all sites. Everyone was very nice and we had an awesome experience.
