The audio guide was available in German and well translated and Barbara's English was very understandable. We were super satisfied and can only recommend the tour.

This tour did not meet our expectations. Even allowing for the very crowded day in the city, our guide seemed disinterested and a little disorganized. Having been on tours in Siena, Rome, and Cortona with passionate, knowledgeable guides who engaged us in the story of their city, this one was a let down.
Dear Joseph, thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. We’re truly sorry to hear that the tour didn’t fully meet your expectations. Our goal is always to provide visitors with a welcoming, informative, and memorable experience, even on particularly busy days when the city’s crowds can make things more challenging for everyone involved. We regret that the overall feeling of the tour didn’t reflect the standard we aim to maintain. While our guides are professionals who care deeply about their work, we understand that sometimes various factors, such as timing, group dynamics, or external conditions, can influence the perception of the experience. Your feedback is very important to us, and it will be taken into account as we continue to improve our services. We sincerely hope that, despite everything, you were still able to appreciate some of the magic and history that Florence has to offer. It would be our pleasure to welcome you again in the future and offer you a more enjoyable and engaging experience. Best regards, The ACCORD Team
