Our guide was very knowledgeable, the scenery was remarkable, and the tour organisation was precise and accurate. A very good day all round.
Valery was very friendly, informative & ensured we had an excellent day out. Her local knowledge was exceptional & helped us to understand the history & culture. Great advice over food & drink too.
Very well organized. Very well organized. Hard for all seven to hear everything. Valerie was a local guide, anticipated our needs, was great.
Had a great day out exploring Cinque Terre with our friendly and informative guide Luigi. Would definitely recommend.
Luigi was an excellent guide on our visit to Cinque Terra. He was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, kind, and always on time. His friendly manner made it a very pleasurable visit. The Cinque Terra area itself is gorgeous—an extremely beautiful area, & it was a fun and a worthwhile tour of 3 of the towns. If I had known, I would have worn a bathing suit because the final town visited even has a beach! The boats taken to each town are actually ferries.
Our guide Luigi was very knowledgeable, well organized and made the whole trip most enjoyable. I would highly recommend.
Luigi was a great guide! Very helpful as we navigated the movement from van to train to train to van. My only disappointment was that the ferries weren't running because of high waves. (Calm sunny day so who knew?) We've been visiting lots of small Tuscan towns over the past week, and the uniqueness of the Cinque Terre towns is how they look from the sea. Up close, they are nice-though-touristy, but not unique. I mention this simply as a heads-up to others considering any trip to Cinque Terre.
Outstanding guide, knowledgeable, accommodating went above and beyond. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Valerie is great. This small group tour enabled us to be more nimble and flexible than the busloads of tourists. Valerie took the time to review the history of the villages. She was so knowledgeable and cared about giving us a great experience.
The Cinque Terre tour was more than expected visiting 4 of the 5 Terre villages. The weather was perfect which allowed for ferry transport between villages. Our guide Luigi was fantastic and kept us on schedule even though we used shuttle bus, train and ferry service. Also hour out to Alessandro for keeping our bus travel comfortable and on time. It was a great day and very informative and beautiful.
