The 1-Hour Amsterdam Bike Tour

Our accredited guide will meet you outside the shop at the Nieuwezijds Kolk square, Amsterdam's oldest continuously inhabited square. We’ll start with a brief explanation of your bike and the most important traffic rules, so everyone can cycle safely and comfortably. We’ll take it easy and begin with a ride past some beautiful 17th-century canal-side houses.

Next, we’ll cycle through Amsterdam City Centre towards Nieuwmarkt, a beautiful square on the edge of the Red Light District. Your guide will tell you all about what you're seeing.

From there, we’ll cycle further through Amsterdam, past the renowned Portuguese Synagogue and Waterlooplein to the world-famous Magere Brug. We'll be enjoying a stunning view of Amsterdam from here.

We’ll cycle along the canals to Museumplein. In the city’s museum district, the guide will show you the most important museums. You’ll receive tips on which collections to visit.

We’ll pass the luxury boutiques and antique shops along the chic P.C. Hooftstraat and meander through the canals until we reach the beautiful Vondelpark—perhaps Amsterdam’s most famous green space. There’s so much to see here that it could easily be a tour in its own right, full of fascinating stories.

Next, we head via Leidseplein and the Jordaan to our final stop, the Torensluis. Here, the guide will tell you everything you need to know about the beautiful canal-side houses. You’ll be challenged to spot one of the narrowest houses in the city!
