Good bits - Thomas the tour guide is elegant, knowledgable, passionate, caring and funny. The first stop at La Laguna was interesting, a beautiful place with many high quality cafes like "Ahul" (in total contrast the south of the island, La Laguna is a fascinating hipstery place full of historic charm and record shops). Seems like a real foodie place that deserves more time. The last place we visited with the wine cellar was excellent, with tasty well presented food in a civilised environment and a fun educational tour of the winery with an excellent guide. Bad bits - the middle stop was pointless; a boring video, then we tried three poor young wines with supermarket cheese on a buffet. No plates, just napkins. No pairings. There is a semi interesting wine museum here but the only highlight is the view. Also the final drive back to the hotel took 2.5 hours! This is due to all the dropoffs. The initial drive was only 1.5h
Iskra and our driver were fantastic. So friendly and funny - really helped to make it a wonderful day. Food was very good and wine enjoyable - excellent value especially when considering the price including return coach, and the discount we got through generic search for Tripadvisor codes 😊. Worth taking a coat as can get cool / wet
Such a fabulous day out with husband and friends. Our tour guide Christophe was fabulous! Highly recommend this trip. Morning spent in Laguna - coffee and pastries for breakfast were marvellous.
Great day & great guide. Well delivered day out wine tasting superb and our guide was brilliant,to top it all the meal was equally as good
Incredibly good guide and nice experiences, beautiful old town and fine vineyards, good wines and cheeses, but not Gourmemat

We were notified of attendance at 07:05. When we arrived at 07:00 to the meeting place we were ***** down for being too late. One of my participants had to run to pick up important medicines in the room, but was not allowed and was threatened that the bus was driving from her despite the fact that the time was not yet 7:05 as agreed. After sitting on the bus for 40 minutes, she and her partner had to get off the bus and take a taxi back to the hotel because the plagues without the medicine became too big. He had to follow her because she couldn't do it on her own. We who were again then put on the bus for another 90 minutes while all other participants were picked up from different hotels. In total, we sat in the bus for over two hours – before we to our surprise drove past our own hotel on our way forward. From there it was another hour drive to a charming little village. The logistics was unthinkingly and unnecessarily time consuming. The guide, who gave a very bad first impression, changed style along the way and went on to act more like a stand-up comedian throughout the rest of the tour. There were several beautiful stops, and both wine and lunch was good. Still, the whole day was stressful. This felt less like a wine tasting with professional content, and more like a transportation step from place to place where you quickly got served glass after glass, some cheese and then on. Information about the wines and the process was shallow and limited. For those who are 40+, want to taste as much wine as possible in the shortest possible time, do not have medical or other considerations to take, and are not especially concerned with professional immersion – this can be a suitable trip. A tip for others: Meet up at least 15 minutes before the specified time. Coming five minutes earlier was obviously not enough.
Food was not gourmet standard -dishes served at different times and served cold. Coach pick up points very confusing - two pick up places sent out by office
Our guide Christophe misplaced our day with his energy! Nice little day: good wine, good cheese with a little sun!
