Your street food tour will start from in the city center of Venice, close to Rialto Bridge, the oldest of the four bridges spanning the Grand Canal in Venice.
Feel the atmosphere of the hustle and bustle Rialto Market, which has been whetting appetites for seven centuries. Be rewarded while you taste local specialties and admire colorful seasonal products. Enjoy all the amazing monuments and district in the city together with your local and expert guide.
Do not miss the chance to admire some of the main sights of the city, such as Campo San Polo, Basilica dei Frari, Campo San Bartolomeo and more. Sink your teeth on the finest cheese made by locals, traditional pastries, and the famous Venetian tapas, known as cicchetti,snacks or side dishes, typically served in traditional "bàcari" (venetian bars) loved by locals when they think about relaxing or having a “happy hour” after work with friends. Decided to take this tour on our first day in Venice to introduce ourselves to cicchetti and to get a guided tour of some of the city. Our tour guide, Emma, was fantastic and really made the experience something I'd recommend. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic and just made the whole event very enjoyable. We were able to try cicchetti and wine at 4 local venues and then ended the tour with gelato from one of the most highly-rated gelaterias in the city. We were with our 22-year-old son and he said it was his favorite part of visiting Venice. Also compared to some other similar tours, I thought it was very reasonably priced. Definitely recommend!
Tour Operator Split our group, changed times, .... never called until the last minute, and then gave a partial refund. What a joke. They proceeded to tell me that they tried to contact me via WhatsApp. Really? Have you heard of maybe using an SMS text message or perhaps calling? My wife, daughter, and friend ended up not being able to go. The tour guide knew what happened but simply told me to contact the company. She didn't seem to care at all. I gave them a chance to resolve it amicably; however, they had no interest. It was a terrible experience. There are so many other options; choose something else.

This was a fun tour and our guide, Anna, was very informative and funny. The tastings are unique and require an adventurous palate; however, there are alternative options if you don't want what is provided. There is time to sit and enjoy some of the offerings and we also got to know some of the members of our group who hailed from many different countries.
What a great experience we had tasting all the local Cicchetti! Our guide was EXCELLENT taking us to such fantastic places. You won’t go hungry.
We had an excellent experience with our guide who was knowledgeable on the area and the food tastings were very good.
Compared to other tours this one had nothing to remember it by. The two hours were spent with a somewhat boring walk from testy to restaurant. Be prepared to spend additional money for drinks along the route.
Tony was a great guide! Very kind and considerate of everyone. Included some history of Venice while we were waiting at different food venues. All food felt authentic to Venice. Too full for another meal afterwards!
