We had an amazing time with our guide Iddy in Tanzania. Due of bis ecperience we have seen the big 5 and all big cats. We are very happy with the vibes and good knowledge during this trip! Iddy has made our trip better then we could hope for!
The organisation of the trip was flawless, the communication extremely responsive and Sanaa who dealt with us answered every question no matter how insignificant with grace, enthusiasm and patience. It was our first safari and time in Africa! When we got there we were met at the airport with our guide and driver for the next 7 days, Calvin. a more chilled out, nicer, humorous and knowledgeable guy you could ever hope to meet! He took us from Tarangire through the Ngorogoro crater and onto the Serengeti, constantly figuring out the best stops to see the animals - and communicating with other drivers/companies to get the intel. We saw both the big 5 and the ugly 5! His knowledge was vast, and we've forgotten more collective nouns for animals that I ever learned in the first place. When we had to make abrupt changes due to our onward flights being cancelled by Kenya airways (twice, mind you, almost ruining our honeymoon), he worked hard to get us back to Arusha, while still spotting a few great sights! He looked after us the whole time until he dropped us at the airport! Meanwhile during all this our original contact Sanaa helped us out even while she was ill, but her colleague Glory sorted us out in her place. It was our honeymoon, and at each stage of the trip we there was always a cake being served or a Maasai song to celebrate us! The overall vibe with this company was definitely Hakuna matata but always ready to get it done when things were urgent. Definitely choose this company if you just want to be reassured and looked after to the highest standards!
Thank you, I am proud of our team who did everything to make your honeymoon special. Thank you for appreciating it! And thanks for writing a detailed review. We wish you all the best for your married lives together - we will see you (we hope) for one of your special anniversaries! Kind regards Musaddiq Gulamhussein Director Sales and Operations
I had an outstanding experience with this tour company. From the very beginning, Ellen provided impeccable service, paying close attention to every detail. The entire booking process and itinerary were exceptionally well organized, making everything smooth and stress-free. My guide and driver, Paul, was truly an exceptional professional. His English is fluent, he has an incredible knowledge of wildlife, and his ability to spot animals in the bush is simply remarkable. Throughout the entire safari, he was kind, courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The lodges selected were excellent, offering outstanding comfort and a wonderful experience. Thanks to Paul's expertise, I achieved my main goal for this safari: seeing Africa's Big Five. To top it all off, at the very end of the trip, Paul managed to spot a leopard about 500 meters from the road, already outside the main safari area. It was an unbelievable sight and a perfect ending to an unforgettable adventure. After witnessing his extraordinary eyesight, I gave him a well-deserved nickname: "Paul Eagle Eyes." I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a first-class safari experience.
Such lovely comments, we aim to make the whole process of booking 'easy' and the whole experience enjoyable. And, of course, with safety as Number 1, always! Thanks so much, we appreciate it! Kind regards Musaddiq Gulamhussein Director Sales and Operations
Wow. 5 days in Tarangire and Ngorongoro with driver/guide Simon was a once in a lifetime experience. Simon knew everything, from species to behaviors and habits. He’s got territories for elephants, giraffes, and various ruminants quite nailed down, so that whenever we passed through some areas, it was predictable what we would see. I carried my big camera and lens through it all, and he was very accommodating to my needs as a photographer. We saw so many antelope and bird species, wildebeest, zebras, buffalo, elephants, giraffes, lions, a leopard, both rhino species (very exciting), and more that I’m sure I’m forgetting. Simon is very confident on identifying distinct species and explaining their differences. A note on elephant sightings: Both my mother and I love elephants, and I am very grateful that we got to spend hours with the car off, surrounded by huge herds of elephants. I have thousands of photos to comb through, but putting the camera down and just being apart of the moment in that situation will be a lifelong memory. Thank you Simon!
Wonderful, Simon is one of Easy Travel's many amazing guides! We thank you for appreciating what he offers: passion and professionalism. We hope that you will return to travel with Easy Travel again, one day! Kind regards Musaddiq Gulamhussein Director Sales and Operations
Spectacular safari and very well organized. Our guide Simon was the best part of the safari; he was friendly, very experienced, and a great professional. Totally recommendable.
Un gran saludo y muchas gracias! We are just overjoyed that you had a good time, thank you and we thank you for choosing us. Hope that you return! Kind regards Musaddiq Gulamhussein Director Sales and Operations
It is definetly a life time experience. I was so impress on how genuïne and authentic the experience is. You get to see so many wild animals that at the last day it seems normal to see elephants, giraffe, zebra…. 3 meters from you! Simon, our driver, was really an added value. He is experienced, knowledgeable and had a unique intuition to know what animals and other cars would do to always have the best viewing spot! We really felt lucky and having an extra unique experience with Simon! Also we really enjoyed the experience and staff of Tortilis camps!
Thank you, we are very thankful to you for your feedback. It is great to know that you enjoyed your time with us, do come back again! Kind regards Musaddiq Gulamhussein Director Sales and Operations

We had an amazing safari experience covering Serengeti and Ngorongoro for 5 days and would highly recommend Easytravel to everyone! We will certainly be back! We visited Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater and were lucky enough to complete the Big Five, which was a dream come true. Every day brought new wildlife sightings and unforgettable moments. A special thank you to our driver-guide, Hussein. He was fantastic throughout the trip: friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and always making sure we had the best possible experience. His ability to spot animals from incredible distances was truly impressive, and he shared so much interesting information about the wildlife, the parks and the culture. We always felt safe and well taken care of. The landscapes were breathtaking, the organization was smooth, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. Seeing lions, elephants, rhinos, buffalo, and leopards in their natural habitat and completing big five were some of the stuff we will never forget. Thank you, Hussein, for helping make this trip so special. We would happily do it all over again!
Well, let us hope that you have the opportunity to repeat your trip - there is always something different happening here in Tanzania! Thanks for the glowing review, our driver-guides love their job and will show you the very best of Tanzania. We appreciate you choosing us, hope that you come back! As an American planning a safari for myself and my three adult children, I had no shortage of questions and anxieties going into this process. Sanaa Shakir at Easy Travel Tanzania answered every single one of them with patience, warmth, and genuine expertise, and she did so across months of back-and-forth emails before we ever set foot on a plane. From the very beginning, Sanaa took the time to understand what we were looking for and crafted an itinerary that was both thoughtful and beautifully curated: two nights in Arusha to ease into the journey, two nights in the Serengeti (including a breathtaking hot air balloon safari over the plains), two nights at Ngorongoro Crater, and then three nights of bliss in Zanzibar. Every property she selected was exceptional, and every logistical detail was accounted for before we even asked. Our driver-guide, Mr. Musa, was extraordinary. He was knowledgeable, kind, endlessly patient with my curious children (ages, 23, 21 and 21 years) and deeply passionate about the wildlife and land he calls home. Traveling in a private 4x4 Land Cruiser meant the schedule was entirely our own, and Mr. Musa tailored every game drive to our pace and interests. This is not a group tour situation. Easy Travel gives you a completely private, personalized experience from start to finish. What truly set Sanaa apart was how she handled the unexpected. When our Zanzibar plans needed a last-minute adjustment, she went above and beyond, arranging an exclusive boat transfer to Bawe Island, a place of such extraordinary, untouched beauty that it became the crown jewel of the entire trip. She coordinated everything seamlessly, at no additional cost, and made sure the logistics were flawless even when we were hard to reach at sea on a scuba diving adventure. Throughout the entire journey, Sanaa was available, responsive, and proactive. She anticipated needs we hadn't even thought of yet. For American travelers who may feel daunted by the complexity of planning an East Africa trip, I cannot recommend Easy Travel Tanzania highly enough. Sanaa is not just a travel planner. She is the architect of memories you will carry for the rest of your life. Tanzania is magnificent. Having Sanaa in your corner makes it unforgettable.
'Architect of memories' - what a truly lovely expression, a new one to me! Thanks so much, we really appreciate your detailed review and we will treasure it. I am hugely proud of my staff whenever I receive a review such as yours. I always expect the best from our employees, and happily they deliver time after time. We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay, we thank you for choosing our family-owned, Tanzanian company. We love creating lifelong memories! Kind regards Musaddiq Gulamhussein Director, Sales and Operations
