I wrote a review a couple days ago but used his service again. This is not some made-up review, I’m an actual customer who uses transfer services via Viator all around the world. My ferry was cancelled due to bad weather but arranged for Mohamed to pick me up the next day when the ferries were running again. Unfortunately, the next day, two were cancelled again so I had to make it to a different port to catch a larger ferry. All throughout the day, Mohamed kept in contact with me via WhatsApp. Because he had other client commitments, he arranged for his partner, Omar to pick me up after the ferry trip. Now this ferry was delayed and Omar waited at the ferry terminal for four hours until I arrived. I kept him updated via WhatsApp and I apologized to him for making him wait but he was not upset at all; he had a happy attitude and said the only thing that mattered was that I was satisfied with the service, which I am big time! Don’t mean to sound like a commercial for Mohamed’s transportation service but I’ve never experienced better transfer service than what he has provided so feel he deserves the recognition.
Exceptional! Mohamed was great and went above and beyond as a driver. My ferry was late arriving due to rough seas and then I was stopped by customs because of the drone I was carrying. As a result, it was well over an hour past the scheduled pick up time. Mohamed waited over an hour and then left, sending a message via WhatsApp that he waited over a hour but had to leave. I told him what happened and upon getting out of the port, he came and picked me up. By all rights he could have not come back since he waited for so long and I didn’t show up, but he did come back after I called him. A very nice man who owns his own private taxi business handed down from his father. Mohamed also speaks English very well. I highly recommend Mohamed for your transport needs. He said he also provides local tours if interested.
