This was simple, convenient option to get to or from airport. Ubers doesn’t operate in Tangier so recommend using this service to arrange transportation to or from airport.

I really recommend using this company for transfers. I just got home from my trip, and I booked them first for a transfer from the airport to the hotel, it was perfect. No show pick up at the airport in Tangier. No one was there to meet us - I called and they said they didn’t see the booking but they would send someone in 20 minutes 20 minutes later they called to say that they’d send someone in 20 minutes. Then they called 5 minutes later to say that I should get a taxi from the airport. Absolutely used organization! Viator do not use these people ever again!

As a result, our team was not informed of your arrival—particularly given that your pickup was scheduled at midnight, a time that requires confirmed coordination in advance. We would also like to emphasize that we have no issue whatsoever with you, Mr. Neuman. The situation arose from a rare and exceptional technical issue on the platform. While such incidents can occasionally occur with online booking systems, they remain highly uncommon and do not reflect our usual standards. As soon as you contacted us, our team acted immediately to assist. A driver was dispatched without delay; however, while en route to your location, the vehicle was unfortunately involved in an unexpected incident, which made it impossible to complete the transfer. Despite these circumstances, we continued to do our utmost to find an immediate solution and remained in constant contact with you. We also offered you the option of a complimentary transfer to any destination of your choice within Tangier—whether the train station, airport, shopping center, or any other location—entirely free of charge. In addition, a full refund was issued (resulting in no financial gain for our company). This situation, while beyond our control, led us to prioritize your comfort and satisfaction above all else, even at our own expense. For future travelers reading this: this was an isolated and exceptional case. Our service is built on reliability, responsiveness, and a strong commitment to client care, and we consistently go the extra mile to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
