Itinerary
We will pick up all guests in Hanoi Old Quarter. Our driver will come and collect you then transfer to Halong Bay by high quality bus. If you stay outside of the Hanoi Old Quarter Area please come to Opera House at address no 1, Trang Tien Street, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi for pick up point then transfer to Halong Bay within about 2,5 hours drive included short break on the way.
10:00 – 10:15: We welcome our guests onboard, enjoy welcome drinks, receive cruise briefings, and safety instructions, and check in Taliya Cruise. Start cruising and explore Halong Bay – one of the New Seven Wonders of Nature. Talyia Crusie and the team will take you on an odyssey of 7.5 hours in deep exploration through remote Halong Bay – Lan Ha Bay, discovering many hidden splendors of untouched natural wonders. 11:15 – 11:30: While cruising through a maze of toweling limestone mountains, you revel in the elegant restaurant that fully equipped with air-conditioning. A Vietnamese fusion cuisine lunch is served and a spectacular seascape is always in view through expanded windows.
Guests will do activities at Lan Ha Bay. 13.00 – 13.15: Local rowing boat at Bright Cave at a cove amid dramatic natural scenery . 14.45 – 15:00: Kayaking and Swimming at Ao Ech area. You may prefer to try your hand at kayaking or simply just enjoy a swim. 16.00 – 16:15: Cooking demonstration. It’s the ideal time to make acquaintance with new friends or simply watch the sunset or just relax. 17.00 -17.15: Arrive in Tuan Chau Harbour
From Tuan Chau harbour, you will get on transfer again for going back to Hanoi and drop off you at Hotel about 20h30 pm to 21h00 PM. End of day cruise.

We took this excursion on a stop at Halong Bay from a Holland America cruise we were on. After a 20 minute ride from the ship terminal to the marina that Jade Sails from, we were cordially greeted by this staff. We waited until 10 AM until most of the passengers arrived from Hanoi and the cruise departed. We were briefed on what the day would entail and proceeded upstairs to the third deck to relax on some cushioned loungers. We had a terrific Vietnamese buffet lunch at 11:15 and our first off the boat activity started, which was a boat ride with a local boat handler through natural rock caves which were stunning. After returning to the ship, we relaxed and waited until our next activity which was a 45 minute swim off the back of the boat. We then dried off and were treated to a Vietnamese spring roll cooking demonstration, which was a lot of fun. We then sampled the deep fried spring rolls which had been prepared during the demonstration in addition to a variety of other snacks as the boat started its return to the marina. We were dropped off at approximately 5:15 and brought the end to a very fun day.

The cruise was great and the food top notch. This area of Viet Nam is beautiful and the experience was enhanced by being spoiled by Vinh and the staff of Jade Sails. It is a trip I would highly recommend to anyone interested in cruising Ha Long and Lan Ha Bay.
