We are a family of four, all adults and enjoyed a lovely afternoon with Manouk on a tour in the Indonesian quarters of Amsterdam. Manouk came highly recommended by a work colleague and was 5 star! We were very impressed with her selection of well curated stops. Each stop was specially selected and while not being local food had a distinct connection to traditional dutch food. The stops were well arranged and were premium selections of the best places for pastries, street food from the Indian sub continent, local drinks and some special dishes from the middle east and bordering countries. Most of all we loved getting to know Manouk and her varied tours, the way she plans her tours and her own experiences of moving to Amsterdam and setting up Guidance. We had many meaningful conversations around food, cultures, customs, traditions and common threads that cut across the human race. We had a wonderful afternoon and throughly enjoyed ourselves.
