Opera House

When my plane QF742 was descending to Sydney, I saw Opera house through the window. It's always good to see it from the sky

Operator response

Dear RayParks, We love to hear from fellow fans of the Sydney Opera House. American architect Louis Kahn once said of our iconic landmark: “The sun did not know how beautiful light was, until it reflected off this building.” We look forward to welcoming you back next time. Kind regards, Team SOH

A short tour through the public areas. Nothing special.

Quite nice, but there wasn't much to see. We were in the lobbies, in a small hall, and in the Sutherland Hall. Then a video of the construction was shown. Nothing was shown from the areas that visitors usually cannot access.

Are not really able to take pictures of the inside. If there are matinees going on then you are limited on what they can show you . But it is interesting.

Excellent tour, guide very knowledgable, head phones made it so easy to hear everything he said. Added bonus as we were able to hear the Sydney Symphony Orchestra in rehearsal. Although only one hour tour it is well worth it.

It was confusing to make the reservations and then follow all the changes made. In the end, we got was we originally ordered, but your email chain prior to the actual tour changed several times. We had a hard time understanding the changes.
