I scheduled 9:30, allowing myself time to disembark at 9 and go through any necessary lines. By txt, the provider said the driver would be there +/- 10 min of 9:30 and contact me in the morning, but I got a call around 9:05 from the driver saying he was already there. This worked in my favor since I wouldn’t have to wait. Driver had a sign and was easy to find, despite the huge crowd disembarking. While taxis were plentiful earlier, a large queue of people were now waiting. The Uber area was packed too. So despite this costing more, it was hugely convenient. Got to our hotel quickly and easily.
Our driver showed up a few minutes early and drove us right to the airport. Very efficient and friendly. Also, much cheaper than a taxi.
The Driver was courteous, not very talkative. Was just an average ride to a hotel from the Cruise Pier.
Make sure of your destination. I was dropped off at the wrong hotel. Then because I had already paid a good amount for the fare decided I wasn’t going to pay anymore for transfers, so I walked with my luggage to the right hotel. Driver was nice and friendly but I’m not happy with the experience.

Viator operators are very reliable. The vehicles are very clean and spacious. It is well worth the cost to know that someone is right there to get you to your plane, cruise ship or hotel.
Paid for private transfer. Received shared transfer and driver was extremely rude. Would not recommend.
Driver late , I had to call my office 3 times to find him. Shabby car - shabby dress. All drivers came out properly to pick up their customers. I will not use your transfer services for my clients. I am a Virtuoso agency owner in Canada. Tour was excellent in the afternoon young guy. Nimet
Driver communicated often. Made it easy to find him. Was on time would use them again for transportation from cruise port to the hotel
The trip was well planned and covered many sights. Our tour guide Bob was exceptional and made the day go very smoothly. This was a great tour
Driver stayed in touch with us when our departure from the ship was delayed. He was waiting to help with luggage and we were taken to our hotel ass quickly as the traffic would allow. He commented on the points we passed on the way. We’ll use viator cars and shuttles from now on. Tomorrow on to SYD and home to Texas!
