Make your way to The Lounge on the upper level near the Box Office, where you will be met by a friendly member of Sydney Opera House's Welcome Team, before heading off on an intimate, 1 hour tour of the Iconic Sydney Opera House with one of our English language tour guides. You will explore beneath the sails, venturing to theatres and foyer before they go live ahead of the night’s performances. After the tour our guide will escort you to the restaurant of your choice: Bennelong, the Sydney Opera House's signature restaurant, or Midden by Mark Olive for alfresco harbourside dining. You will indulge in a two-course dining experience paired with matching Australian wines, and soak up the atmosphere and views from one of Sydney’s best restaurants. Enjoy a VIP 1 hour guided tour of the Iconic Sydney Opera House House followed by a two course menu with paired wines. 4.15pm meet and greet at the Sydney Opera House. Make your way to The Lounge on the upper level near the Box Office. 4.30pm Depart on a 1 hour small group VIP Tour of the Sydney Opera House 5.30pm guide will escort you to your booking at Bennelong, or Portside restaurant. 5.30pm - 7.30pm: Enjoy your 2 course meal with 2 beverages

- Midden by Mark Olive is known for alfresco harbourside dining under the Sails of the Sydney Opera House. Enjoy either entree and main or main and dessert with two beverages your choice of Australian wine, beer of soft drinks
- Meet a member of our Welcome Team at 415pm at The Lounge of the Upper Level, near the Box Office
- Your tour will depart at 430pm. After your tour our guide will drop you off at either Bennelong or Midden by Mark Olive, depending on your booking for dinner.
- Dinner booking is from 530pm - 730pm
- Some patrons like to dress up and make a special night of their Sydney Opera House experience, whilst others choose to dress casually for comfort. Please note for dinner bookings it is not necessary to wear a jacket and tie
- Venue access is subject to availability at the time of your tour and can change up until tour departure time.

We attended an evening at the Sydney Opera House for Beethoven’s Fifth Symphony. We were guests of Viking Cruises & Emirates, Emirates are the Principal Partners. We received the VIP treatment, backstage tour, allowed on the Symphony stage, canapé, & drinks before & at intermission. Beethoven’s Fifth Symphony was conducted by Anja Bihlmaier. a wonderful experience.
The tour of the Opera House was, of course, amazing…so amazing in fact that I highly recommend you do a tour that is longer than 1 hour. As for the dinner at Midden, the view of the Bridge lights for Vivid Sydney was amazing. However, the menu choices were extremely limited. In addition, the outdoor overhead heaters were cranked up even though it was a very mild night. I asked to turn down the one over us, but they didn’t. I felt like I was literally being baked by the heat. It was dreadful.
This was a great experience. We had a small group, which made it even better. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, and we got to explore a lot of the opera house and learn about its construction and history. The dinner was fantastic, with a great view. I would recommend this tour.

Jeannette led our group around and inside the Opera House’s prestigious structure. The sheer scale of this place’s construction and layout along with Jeannette’s commentary left a lasting impression. The food was okay, but the view of the Harbor Bridge from the restaurant at sunset really brought the tour to a satisfying conclusion.

What an awesome experience! Jeannette was so knowledgeable and friendly! What a spirit of hospitality! The meal was delicious and unique! The kangaroo tenderloin was the best steak we have had while traveling!
